Forms+Surfaces currently holds two national Cooperative Purchasing contracts. As a co-op member, you can realize significant savings and procurement efficiencies via these publicly solicited and competitively awarded contracts. They provide members with Best Market Pricing and Optimal Terms and Conditions of Sale, while eliminating the need for costly and time-consuming bid solicitations involving your own personnel and resources. It’s Procurement Simplified!

Membership

Membership to both cooperatives is free, quick and easy via basic online application forms. There are no obligations or minimum commitments on behalf of members. As a cooperative member, the quoting and buying process with Forms+Surfaces remains unchanged – the entire transaction is conducted directly with us. We ensure compliance with the cooperative contracts and reporting protocols, while co-op members receive the significant benefits and efficiencies these group procurement contracts have to offer.

OMNIA Partners is dedicated to optimizing procurement for your organization. OMNIA Partners works with a lead public agency, who competitively solicits master contracts. Contracts are based on quality, performance, and most importantly, pricing. The F+S OMNIA Partners contract encompasses all Forms+Surfaces Outdoor Products, including Lighting; inquiries about other F+S products can also be considered.

BuyBoard National Purchasing Cooperative

BuyBoard National Purchasing Cooperative is a purchasing cooperative formed by government entities to streamline the buying process for public schools, municipalities, and other government entities.

Developed to assist members in complying with their purchasing legal requirements, BuyBoard vendors have been awarded contracts for products and services through a competitive procurement process, thereby giving members the opportunity for bulk discounts and the ease of online, web-based shopping or direct purchase with the source manufacturer.

The F+S BuyBoard contract encompasses all Forms+Surfaces Outdoor Products, including Lighting.
