50 South Sixth

50 South Sixth is a 29-story Class A office tower located in the heart of the Downtown Minneapolis Central Business District. It was originally developed as a building for the future, with leading edge technology and timeless design coming together to create an innovative and comfortable workplace with tenant-friendly amenities. When NELSON’s design team recently refreshed the building’s lobby, the goal was to create a welcoming environment where employees and guests could interact, while also improving the security of the public spaces for tenants. The visually dramatic renovation included using our ViviTela Mesh glass for the walls and columns and LightPlane Panels with ViviStone glass to bring an illuminated presence to the updated interiors.
