South Waterfront

South Waterfront is a high-rise district under construction on former brownfield industrial land in South Portland. As one of the largest urban redevelopment projects in the United States, this emerging neighborhood along the Willamette River was inspired by the best practices of the Point Towers in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Forms+Surfaces Light Column Pedestrian Lighting fixtures, with their clean lines and soft glow, fit beautifully within this sophisticated urban landscape.
